📢 The Departure Fantasy Football League is back for Year 4!
We’re looking for both new and returning managers for the 2026 season. Any level of fantasy football experience is welcome — the only requirement is that you stay active and involved for the full season, even if your team is completely cooked by October.
🏈 League Details
Entry: $25 per team
Format: Head-to-head
Scoring: Half PPR
Platform: Yahoo Fantasy
League Size: Up to 14 teams per league
Maximum: Two leagues / 24 managers total
Draft: Sunday, September 6th at 8:00 PM ET
Sign-Ups Close: Friday, September 4th after that night’s break, unless all available spots fill sooner.
💰 Prizes
100% of entry fees will go back into prizes.
There will be payouts for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. Exact prize amounts will be announced once registration closes and we know the final number of managers.
💬 Discord Is Required
All managers must join the Departure Discord, which will be our main hub for league communication, announcements, draft information, updates, and probably some trash talk.

✈️ Who Can Join?
To keep this primarily within the Departure community, managers must have participated in at least a few Departure breaks within the past 365 days.
We’ll be talking about the league during break streams throughout the football season, so I’d like the league to remain made up of people who are actually part of our community.
📅 Draft Night
The live draft will take place:
Sunday, September 6th at 8:00 PM ET
If you want to participate but cannot attend the live draft, that’s completely fine. Just make sure to set your Yahoo pre-draft rankings/queue ahead of time so Yahoo can autodraft for you.
You can also have someone you trust manage your draft if needed.
📩 After You Sign Up
Once registration closes and the final number of teams/leagues has been determined, I’ll email everyone who purchased a spot with their Yahoo Fantasy league invitation and any additional information you’ll need.
The draft order will be randomized and announced as soon as the league fills or registration closes, whichever happens first.
